**Key Responsibilities**:

- **ERP Management**: Oversee all ERP modules, customize reports, troubleshoot issues, and train users.
- **IT Support**: Resolve hardware, software, and system-related problems.
- **Ticket Management**: Monitor and close ERP & IT-related tickets efficiently.
- **Networking & Security**: Manage network connectivity, troubleshoot issues, and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
- **Infrastructure Support**: Maintain IT infrastructure, servers, backups, and system upgrades.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **3-5 years of experience in ERP & IT support (preferably in infrastructure-based roles).**:

- Strong knowledge of **ERP modules, report customization, and ticket management.**:

- Experience in **hardware, software, networking, and IT infrastructure.**:

- Understanding of **firewalls, VPNs, and system security.**:

- Excellent troubleshooting and user support skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications in ERP, Networking, or IT Infrastructure are a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
