**Responsibilities**:

- To plan & allocate different jobs on daily to workmen/personnel of process area
- To supervise the activities of process area - Granulation, Compression, Capsule Filling, Coating.
- To ensure compliance to cGMP and safety standard in process area
- To maintain and improve quality of the product as per standards
- To plan the activities of the process area as per weekly / monthly delivery schedule
- To ensure the effective control on usage of man, machine and material in the process area.
- To participate and coordinate various ongoing validation activities of equipment and system.
- To maintain department and equipment in neat and tidy condition all the time.
- To prepare and review manufacturing instructions, Validations protocols, change controls, deviations, SOP’s and specifications, and ensure their strict implementation.
- To ensure the implementation of EHS practices during the work.
- To control the rejections during manufacturing to achieve higher yields of product
- To handle QMS activities in track wise system.
- Achieving production targets as per the monthly delivery plan.
- Continuous improvement of productivity of man and machine.
- Maintenance of all the daily production records.
