**Job Title**: Executive Associate (EA)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Executive Support**:
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements, handling logistics and coordination.
- Prepare presentations and documents as needed for meetings, conferences, and internal/external communication.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring smooth retrieval and organization of important documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Oversee office supply management and procurement to ensure all necessary materials are available.
- **Project Management**:
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, ensuring the timely completion of deliverables.
- Liaise between executives and various departments to support the smooth execution of key projects.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:
- Handle sensitive information and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- **Client Relations**:
- Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,305.21 - ₹25,847.35 per month
