**Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide accurate and timely financial information.

2. Account Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

3. General Ledger Management: Oversee the general ledger, maintaining proper chart of accounts and journal entries.

4. Audit Preparation: Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors during the audit process.

5. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for cost control, revenue enhancement, and financial performance improvement.

6. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare and submit tax returns.

7. Variance Analysis: Investigate and explain budget variances and discrepancies.

8. Supervision: Provide guidance and training to junior accounting staff, as needed.

9. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in accounting procedures.

10.Month-End and Year-End Close: Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

40 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Strong ethics and integrity in handling financial data.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
