Job Description:

- Evaluate the entire audit process, from planning and risk assessment to fieldwork and reporting, to ensure that it aligns with best practices and meets regulatory requirements.
- Review audit documentation, working papers, and reports to ensure they meet the required standards for clarity, completeness, and accuracy.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of audit teams and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for the training and development of audit staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the risk assessment processes used by auditors to ensure they are appropriate and comprehensive.
- Make recommendations for improvements in audit methodologies, processes, and procedures to enhance the quality of audit work and reduce risks.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to audit management and relevant stakeholders, and collaborate with audit teams to address issues and implement improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive records of evaluation findings, recommendations, and actions taken.
- Monitor the implementation of recommended improvements and track their impact on audit quality over time.
- Maintain independence and objectivity in evaluating audit processes and outcomes to ensure impartial assessments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
