**Behavioral**:
Highly conversant in English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages is desirable and is a definite plus. Presentable.
Highly adaptive and agile.
Highly confident and believer of “best should not get in the way of good”.
Easy going and highly flexible.

**Technical**:
Good knowledge and fair understanding of Indian diagnostics industry.
Device and instrument industry Should be aware about developing market of Point of Care Industry and Segment.
Knowledge of India health agendas,Indian Anemia status, Diabetes status and cardiovascular diseases status.
Knowledge about health forums and platforms. Role of print and electronic media in healthcare industry.
Role of effective communication.
