**The Impact you will create in the Job**:

- Sell Netcore’s Mail Infra products and services (IT Sales) & AWS/Azure Cloud Solutions.
- Identify the potential prospects & set up meetings with end customers.
- Understand client’s requirements & challenges.
- Proposing appropriate solution / addressing client’s concern
- Achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly assigned targets
- Ensuring timely payment collection
- Maintaining Daily / Weekly reports and ensuring smooth execution of the proposed solution
- Accountable for new business development and revenue from new clients through direct sales and customer relationship management
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned Netcore product lines
- Send proposals and conduct product demos regularly and customize product offering in partnership with the technical teams
- Fixing appointments for products demos with clients followed by mailing them presentations.
- Manage relationship with existing clients for revenue maximization by identifying X-sell & Up-sell opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective clients & should be able to close deals.

**What we look for?**
- Graduation is a must. MBA in Marketing is preferred
- Knowledge of Business development, Lead generation, Negotiations, Closure.
- Good understanding of sales for IT products and services.
- Self-motivated, self-starter and goal-oriented.
- Understanding of Account management, Strategy & Planning, Complex Selling
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 0.5-2 years of experience in IT sales preferably in technology selling, IT solution selling.
- Demonstrated Negotiation, Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills required.
- Able to work independently yet a good team player and quick learner.
