**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified drivers.
- Conduct background checks, verify employment history, and check driving records of potential hires to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices related to driver recruitment, incorporating relevant insights into our recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, applicant conversion rates, and retention rates.
- Has prior experience in a company that offers shared Mobility Services.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)
