**ob Summary**:
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our café team. The Café Staff will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food & beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per café standards.
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and serving.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including dining area, counters, and kitchen.
- Ensure proper stock management and assist with inventory when required.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Support team members in daily café operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a café/restaurant/hospitality role preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,667.61 - ₹18,309.86 per month
