ob Summary:

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our café team. The Café Staff will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food & beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude.
  • Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per café standards.
  • Assist in food preparation, plating, and serving.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including dining area, counters, and kitchen.
  • Ensure proper stock management and assist with inventory when required.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
  • Support team members in daily café operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a café/restaurant/hospitality role preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹18,309.86 per month
