  • Inventory and Supplies:Monitoring inventory levels, ordering necessary supplies (food, drinks, and other products), and coordinating with vendors.
  • Customer Service:Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Financial Management:Managing budgets, monitoring daily expenses and revenues, processing transactions, and working to improve profit margins.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensuring the cafe adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping equipment functional.
  • Marketing and Growth: Developing marketing plans to attract customers, increase sales, and contribute to the cafe's overall success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
