**Role Overview**:
**Primary Focus Areas**:

- **Data Analysis & Insight Generation**: Analyze historical data to derive actionable business insights.
- **Data Visualization**: Present complex data in a simple and meaningful way using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with business teams to align analytics efforts with organizational goals.
- **Strategic Reporting**: Build and maintain robust dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Project/Product Managers and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Perform in-depth **data exploration, cleansing, transformation, and modeling** to derive insights.
- Design and deliver **interactive reports and dashboards** using **Qlik, Tableau, Power BI**, or equivalent tools.
- Create detailed documentation, including data dictionaries, analysis notes, and solution designs.
- Define and maintain **acceptance criteria**; assist in validating solutions via functional testing.
- Actively contribute to **business intelligence strategies** and help improve data maturity models.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating data requirements into deliverables.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets and suggest areas of improvement or innovation.
