**Responsibilities**:

- **Operating Kodak CPT Machines**:

- Set up, maintain, and operate Kodak CPT machines to produce printing plates.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments to ensure optimal production.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure smooth operation.
- **Designing Plates**:

- Utilize digital files and computer software (such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Kodak's proprietary software) to design plates for printing.
- Modify, proof, and adjust designs as per specifications or customer requirements.
- **Prepress Tasks**:

- Work closely with the prepress team to ensure files are correctly prepared for plate production.
- Review and ensure all digital files are error-free before processing them into plates.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect and verify that plates meet the required specifications and standards.
- Perform quality checks on finished plates, ensuring they are free from defects.
- **Inventory and Material Management**:

- Track usage of raw materials (plates, chemicals, etc.) and notify management for replenishment.
- Handle safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.
- **Collaboration with Other Teams**:

- Work closely with printing press operators, designers, and production staff to coordinate plate preparation and ensure efficient workflow.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production, machine maintenance, and other relevant data.
- Generate reports on machine usage, production efficiency, and potential issues.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Experience with Kodak CPT machines and related software.
- Familiarity with digital prepress processes and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Ability to review and identify errors in digital files and final plates.
- Strong focus on maintaining quality standards.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and find solutions quickly.
- Analytical mindset to assess production processes and recommend improvements.

Pay: ₹8,918.84 - ₹24,986.56 per month
