**MACHINE OPERATOR (ITI)**
- **Role**:

- Reporting to the Maintenance in-charge, Production supervisor / Manager.
- He will be a part of the maintenance team consisting of maintenance technicians and machine operators.
- He will have to multi task in any capacity within the team.
- **Qualification**:

- ITI in Fitter, Electrician or Manufacturing process control and automation.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years in the maintenance department or 1 year in running of a packaging machine of a food industry.
- User of tobacco in any form is not preferable.
- **Job Description**:

- Operate all machines with target to achieve optimum output, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper cleaning of all machines after production, during change over’s and before starting.
- Ensure proper coding, sealing integrity and perfect finishing of packets / output.
- Capture daily material loss / wastage and record the same.
- Reduce the changeover times of machines.
- Achieve production targets with zero over-runs.
- Responsible and answerable for breakdowns, deviations and wastag
- Maintain optimum power factor, reduce wastages, maximise machine efficiency.
- Help and assist the maintenance in-charge in day to day work.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
