Front Office Executive

Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance and information as needed.
- Register patients by collecting demographic and insurance information, verifying insurance coverage, and ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
- Schedule patient appointments, procedures, and consultations, coordinating with medical staff and other departments to optimize scheduling efficiency.
- Answer incoming phone calls, inquiries, and requests, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel and providing accurate information and assistance.
- Manage patient admission and discharge processes, including completing necessary paperwork, collecting payments, and coordinating with nursing staff and other departments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, waiting room, and lobby, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
- Handle patient complaints, concerns, and inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and discretion, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry to support the efficient operation of the front office.
- Collaborate with other departments and personnel to facilitate effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols related to patient confidentiality, safety, and security.
**Requirements-**
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist and support patients and their families during their hospital visit.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
