Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive GeM Coordinator to manage our presence on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). This role is key to expanding our reach in the government sector and ensuring all operations on the portal are seamless, compliant, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company’s profile, product listings, and pricing on the GeM portal.
- Upload new products with accurate specifications, descriptions, and pricing.
- Track tenders, bids, and order status on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, logistics) to ensure timely submission of documents and dispatch of orders.
- Respond promptly to government queries, bid requirements, and tender clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies, procedures, and latest updates.
- Monitor and analyze competition listings to optimize our offerings.
- Generate reports and maintain documentation for audits and internal review.

Key Requirements
- Prior experience working with the GeM portal is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and online systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle deadlines and work independently.
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Business background preferred).
