**Growth Marketer (Remote)**:
- Remote- Full Time- As Growth Manager, you will be responsible for executing & managing Nuclei's Marketing Campaigns and developing strategies & relationships internally & externally to grow Nuclei.**Nuclei **is a profitable fintech SaaS firm working already with over 20 large BFSI clients across Asia in just a span of 4+ years.**Why are we building Nuclei?**
- Before we started Nuclei, we listed down a few guiding principles. These were essentially our learning from the previous startups/companies:- Think big, think global, and not limit ourselves only to India.-
- Build a company. We wanted to be sustainable from day 1 and build a profitable business. This does not mean that we compromise on growth, but we most definitely avoid unsustainable growth.-
- Build for the long term, not flip it in a few years.-
- And most importantly, we wanted to change the perception about India, of being a back-office/outsourcing destination, to a product destination.All the above points came together to form Nuclei's vision - "To build a well-respected global product company."**What will you do?**- You will be responsible for organic and inorganic growth marketing campaigns for Nuclei-
- You will help the company achieve the optimum balance between push and pull marketing campaigns-
- You will be an analytics wizard who turns numbers and behaviors into patterns and stories that Nuclei brings into play for growth-
- You will be the reason Nuclei celebrate exciting milestones often**Your Roles & Responsibility**:
- Drive SEO strategies across owned and third-party platforms-
- Manage website strategy with creative ideas to hook, engage and capture leads-
- Be experimental; be bold and curious to try new and innovative growth strategies to help stand out-
- Define and expand TG for the products, partnerships, and those influencing them-
- Ensure a unified approach to the company’s overall marketing efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams-
- Increase brand, product, and company awareness through paid and organic strategies-
- Stay on top of the latest trends and emerging technologies in growth to help growth-
- Develop & compile performance & forecast reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement-
- Conducting thorough market research and using the relevant data for decisions.-
- Identify and develop channel opportunities with technology partners-
- Build and maintain communities across relevant platforms.-
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and platforms-
- Conducting market research and identifying opportunities for brand integration**Who should apply?**- Bachelor’s degree-
- 3-4 years of experience in an analytics, marketing, or growth role-
- Experience in B2B startup experience is desirable-
- Experience in creating & handling successful growth campaigns-
- Expertise with SEO, website management, and analytical tools for marketers-
- Action-oriented and not afraid to fail-
- Logical and analytical with strong solution orientation-
