**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Manage and grow social media channels, creating engaging content.
- Collaborate on content creation, producing blog posts, infographics, and videos.
- Optimize website content for search engines, conduct keyword research.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads and communities and pages.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
- Design and implement marketing strategies.
- Develop strategies for customer engagement, loyalty programs, and referral campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and growth marketing best practices.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- In-depth understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, etc.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
