**What You’ll Do**

- Optimize content and online campaigns to drive inbound interest and audience engagement.
- Monitor and refine digital efforts using data insights to improve performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance client interaction processes and optimize conversion rates.

**Compensation & Growth**
- Base pay + performance-based incentives (up to 3000 INR per successful client engagement).
- Quarterly bonuses and growth-based rewards.
