**The team you’ll be part of**

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

**Skillsets & Requirements**:

- Expertise in 5G Access Planning & optimization in following areas
- IP/VLAN planning for NSA & SA scenarios
- Classical & Cloud RAN Access planning
- 5G QoS planning
- Synchronization planning
- Transport network resiliency & IPsec planning
- Performs optimization in terms of capacity, architecture, performance, analyses counters, and metrics on current capacity and usage. Forecasts traffic patterns to evaluate impact on current and future architecture
- Recommends parameter changes and design evolution
- Having competence towards future technologies; ORAN, VRAN

**Tools Knowledge**:

- Experience on using tools like
- ACORD or equivalent
- xRAN Predictor or equivalent
- SCF planning tools UDA or equivalent
- MBH performance analysis tool

**Other Skills**:

- Good understanding of IP transport network
- E band MW Radio planning using pathloss 5 tool
- Process understanding of E2e service provisioning in IP Transport network

**Personal Attributes**:

- Disciplined and focused on details
- Basic agile mindset
- Proactive, creative and flexible

**Experience**:

- Minimum Experience of 8-10 years
- Experience on Multi vendor 5G systems will be treated as an exceptional advantage
