ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

**High Level Responsibility**

**Activities**

Facilitate Planning, Retrospective and daily activities related to stand-ups and sprint burn down;
1.Understand PI/AMP RoadMap.
2.Align plan/groom stories as per team capacity,understanding [ standard scrum practices]
3.Minimise US Scrum Master Dependence for all the ACC Specific activities especially for Trivial questions [ Few Inputs can be requested but act independently]
4.Tracking and Maintaining Retro Feedback and Visibility on Actioning to team.

Agile Tools aware ness to team

1.All the Agility Tool features that helps team in improving their productivity can be implemented,make team aware and practice

Own and resolve identified team impediments.

1.Clear and Independent awareness on Impediments which Team is facing
2.Track Impediments to closure
3.Understand what impediment is all about with contextual awareness
4.Facilitate Team in unblocking impediments by identifying ways and means to followup,resolve,communicate

Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see and understand their progress during a sprint

1.Mentor Team on Various guidelines that need to implement as good set of Practices as New ACC Team
2.Identify Metrics that Help Team to Maximise their Productivity and Report it out on planned intervals
3.Educate Team on Metrics and seek the inputs

Responsible for leading the continual Agile transformation and practices as well as promoting accountability and transparency across all levels

1.Clear,independent proactive communication with all the stake holders
2.Clear Capacity allocation
3.Clear MOMs for Team specific meetings
4.DME Specific / Portfolio specifc discussions have to be circled back
5.Clear on Sprint Goal [ What ever we do in Iteration]
6.Communicating Risk of Spillover,Blockers,Dependencies to relavant stakeholders

Perform the role of scrum master for one or more teams, leading multiple, simultaneous initiatives.
Practices the core Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and practices continuous improvement.

1.Ensuring Clear colloboration between ACC Scrum Teams
2.Maintain Spikes,Stories,Overheads in Capacity planning
3.Identify Gaps and Facilitate KT's proactively with well Planned Cadence
4.All the Ceremonies like Grooming,Standups,Sprint Closure,Retrospectives have to be Cadence oriented - should not be adhoc
5.Publish End Sprint Report with possible metrics,goal planned vs Achieved
6.Follow Best Practices where ever possible in Maintaining Stories,Dependency inkage,Blocker/Risk identification,Critical Comments,Documentation

General Awareness on DME Portfolio specific Tools,Process,Technologies

1.Understand basic relavant stakeholder information of DME.
2.Understand basic overview about DME Specific ART.
3.Understand What Enterprise DME/ ACC Enterprise DME Responsibilities
4.Bring in Best Practices from ACC Agile Coaches, Other ACC Scrum Teams
5.Basics awareness on Technical aspects/tech on what team is in to
6.Understand Scope of work of RTE and other Scrum Masters
