- **Role Summary**:

- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Experience in handling multiple stakeholders in the project at different locations/geos.
- Strong in Japanese and English communication.
- Nice to have Experience managing internal & external stakeholders
- Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Should be able to monitor different KPA’s for Organization Audit Process.
- Able to comply all the metrices as part of project execution.
- Should have great understanding of Agile and Waterfall models.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the NECJ and external stakeholders.
- Creation of Project Plan, Executing the same as per the given timeline.
- Maintaining Risk Register, Issue tracker as per project situation.
- Preparation of Senior Management Report and get it reviewed by Senior Management on period basis as per organization standards.
- Able to communicate and correspond in Japanese/English with key stakeholders.
- Experience in handling multiple stakeholders in the project.
- Mandatory IT experience knowledge of SDLC/STLC and IT-related terminology.

**Prerequisites**:

- Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (or equivalent)

**Desirable qualities**:

- Minimum 5-7 years as Bilingual Project Management
- Should have experience of working with Japanese clients in Japan for a minimum 3 years
- Having PMP/Prince2 Certification will be an added Advantage
- JLPT Level N2 and above/Native level proficiency
