**Role Summary**:

- Should be able to work for the all SDLC phases.
- Should be capable of gathering inputs from customer as part of requirement discussions.
- Able to communicate with offshore and co ordinate the work as per project need.
- Experience in handling multiple stakeholders in the project

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the NECJ and external stakeholders.
- Experience in handling multiple stakeholders in the project.
- Mandatory IT experience knowledge of SDLC/STLC and IT-related terminology.
- Should be capable of working as a developer on web based projects.

**Prerequisites**:

- Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (or equivalent)

**Desirable qualities**:

- Minimum 3 years as React.js Next.js Web Developer.
- Should have experience of working with Japanese clients in Japan for a minimum 3 years
- Having Certifications on the programming languages, and knowledge/certification on cloud environment such as AWS, Azure, GCP will be an added advantage
- JLPT Level N2 and above/Native level proficiency
