**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and translate ideas into creative designs.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Edit and retouch images as needed.
- **Web Development**:

- Develop and maintain responsive web pages using HTML.
- Implement design elements and features into websites and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Optimize websites for performance and search engine optimization (SEO).
- **Multimedia Design**:

- Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive graphics for use on websites and social media platforms.
- Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, and other promotional materials.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design and development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in the related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Web Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and development work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and web development tools.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques.
- Knowledge of animation and video editing software.
- Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies.
