Procurement Intern

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Negotiate pricing, Terms and Contracts with suppliers to achieve the best Cost, Quality, and Delivery timelines.
- Ensure all procured products meet quality standards, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
- Engage with traders, and negotiate purchases based on competitive market prices.
- Understanding of global import/export regulations and market trends.
- Source IT infrastructure products (e.g., Servers, Networking devices, Storage, and Security solutions) from authorized distributors and OEMs.
- Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Maintain supplier database and evaluate supplier performance periodically.
- Track inventory levels and manage replenishment cycles as per project demands.
- Liaise with the finance department for Invoice Reconciliation, Payments, and Credit notes.

Tamil, English, Hindi, Any other languages is an added advantage.
