**Sourcing & Procurement Intern**

**Position Summary**:
The Sourcing & Procurement Intern will support the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services necessary for our operations. This role will provide hands-on experience in supply chain management, vendor relations, and procurement processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Management**:

- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
- Support in maintaining and updating supplier databases.
- Help in developing and managing supplier relationships to ensure quality and performance.
- **Procurement Process**:

- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and procurement contracts.
- Help in the coordination and tracking of shipments and deliveries.
- Support in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures during the procurement process.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential new suppliers.
- Assist in analyzing market conditions and potential risks to procurement activities.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data to support procurement decisions.
- **Cost Analysis**:

- Support the team in cost analysis and cost-saving initiatives.
- Assist in the evaluation of supplier quotes and negotiation processes.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments, such as logistics, production, and finance, to ensure alignment in procurement activities.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and projects as needed.
- **Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost-saving measures.
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- **Experience**: Previous internship or coursework in procurement, supply chain, or a related area is a plus.
- **Other**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month
