
Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Support & Coordination**:
- Coordinate with sales team and management to track leads, quotations, and orders.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, order status updates, and MIS.
- Follow up with customers for payments, order confirmations, and queries.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Handle customer inquiries, provide timely responses, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support in acquiring new customers.
- **Documentation & Order Processing**:
- Manage sales documentation including quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- **Data & Reporting**:
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
- Track sales targets, forecasts, and highlight any deviations.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist the sales manager in day-to-day operations.
- Ensure all records are maintained accurately for audit and compliance purposes.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably in Business, Commerce, or related field).
- **2+ years of sales coordination/inside sales experience, preferably in plastic or paper manufacturing industry.**:
- Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM usage skills.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
