**Administrative & Reporting Tasks**:

- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

**Internal Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the production and purchase teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Support the HR team in tracking sales team attendance, incentives, and performance reviews.

**Process Optimization & Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to company sales policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to developing more efficient workflows.
- Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the sales team.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Trackolap) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in handling overdue payments and customer follow-ups.
- Knowledge of sales incentive structures and reporting.
- Familiarity with Tally for sales-related accounting tasks.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
