We are looking for a **Sales Coordinator** who will take complete ownership of the sales process - handling both inbound and outbound clients, driving conversions, and building long-term relationships. The role is target-driven and demands strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Reach out to outbound prospects through follow-ups, referrals, and past client databases.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable tours, workshops, or services.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and invoices.
- Consistently follow up and ensure timely sales closures.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and client database in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of sales or client servicing experience.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
