**Job Title**: IT Administrator

**Experience Required**: 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in the steel or manufacturing

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. IT & Server Administration:

- Manage and maintain servers, data backups, firewalls, and overall IT infrastructure
- Monitor network performance and ensure system security and access control

installations
- Troubleshoot IT issues and provide user support across departments

2. Software & Tally Operations:

- Support Tally operations including data backup, multi-user setup, and

troubleshooting
- Generate sales/purchase bills and ensure data accuracy in the system
- Integrate Tally with other software if required

3. Accounting & Documentation Support:

- Prepare and issue credit notes and debit notes for vendors and customers
- Coordinate with accounts team to ensure timely updates in billing and

documentation
- Maintain digital and physical filing of IT and transaction-related documents

4. Industry-Specific Tasks:

- Understand processes and documentation specific to the steel industry (e.g.,

material entries, dispatch slips, party accounts handling)
- Work closely with the commercial and logistics team for system support
- Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Applications / Commerce
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, LAN/WAN networks, and Tally ERP
- Familiarity with basic billing and accounting principles
- Background in steel or heavy manufacturing industries preferred
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
