**What will you be doing?**
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to define requirements, as well as give advice on the talent market
- Own the end-to-end process from advert creation, pro-active sourcing, screening, interview and offer management through to onboarding
- Work across a wide range of vacancies including technical and non-technical roles
- Build specific talent pools
- Use social media channels to drive brand awareness
- And much more

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience of talent acquisition/recruitment gained from either an agency or in-house environment
- Experience of hiring technical roles would be beneficial
- Enthusiasm and a desire to succeed
- A people person - we’re a friendly team
- You should expect to work from our Chennai office in a hybrid pattern with some time from home
