**Job Title: Telecaller / Telephone Sales Representative**

**Job Overview**:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products/services. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, provide information, address their queries, and persuade them to take the desired action, such as making a purchase or setting up appointments. Your success in this role will contribute directly to our company's growth and expansion.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Cold Calling**:

- Initiate outbound calls to a list of potential customers provided by the company.
- Introduce yourself and the company, and explain the purpose of the call.
- Present the products/services in a compelling and informative manner.

2. **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects.
- Stay updated with any changes or enhancements to the offerings.

3. **Customer Engagement**:

- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, actively listening to their responses, concerns, and objections.
- Address questions and objections professionally and effectively.

4. **Pitching**:

- Deliver the sales pitch confidently and adapt it based on prospect responses.
- Showcase how our products/services can meet the needs and preferences of the prospects.

5. **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads by gauging their interest and assessing their potential as customers.
- Collect relevant information and enter it accurately into the CRM system.

6. **Follow-Up**:

- Make follow-up calls to prospects who have shown interest but have not yet committed.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

7. **Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager.
- Contribute to achieving team and company sales goals.

8. **Documentation**:

- Document all interactions, outcomes, and relevant information in the CRM system.
- Generate reports and summaries as required by the management.

9. **Feedback and Collaboration**:

- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding prospect responses, objections, and trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices to improve overall sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear and engaging speaking voice.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
- Persuasive and confident approach in addressing objections and conveying benefits.
- Active listening skills to tailor the conversation according to prospect responses.
- Resilience to handle rejection and objections positively and professionally.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems and call logging software.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of calls.
- Ethical and compliant behavior in accordance with industry regulations.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Salary
- 12000-15000 Per month + Incentive

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
