We are seeking an experienced **Telecaller Executive** with a proven track record in lead generation and client coordination within the **Brand Building/Digital Marketing** domain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Database Management**: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of clients and prospects.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule meetings for the sales team and ensure timely follow-ups.
- **Customer Interaction**: Manage walk-in clients and facilitate effective communication between the company and its clients.
- **Feedback Recording**: Collect client feedback and market insights, ensuring proper documentation.
- **Reports and Documentation**: Prepare and maintain periodic reports on leads, activities, and follow-ups.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling within the **Brand Building/Digital Marketing** field.
- Graduate/Postgraduate with strong communication skills in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
- Excellent presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
