We are seeking a dynamic **Telecaller Executive** with **experience** in **Third-Party Manufacturing**. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, building relationships with third-party manufacturers, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the third-party manufacturing process, and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to potential clients and partners, offering our third-party manufacturing services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to answer queries and provide information about our products and services.
- Coordinate with clients and third-party manufacturers to ensure production timelines and quality standards are met.
- Maintain and update records of all communications with clients, ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with third-party manufacturers.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless coordination between all parties.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in third-party manufacturing or the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong knowledge of the third-party manufacturing process, including contract manufacturing and vendor management.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend only

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
