**Role Overview**
We're looking for an Admin & Account Executive (Full-Time) to join our team in Jamnagar. This role is a hybrid of administrative management and accounting support, requiring a detail-oriented professional who can oversee day-to-day office operations while ensuring compliance with financial processes such as GST, TDS, and banking.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Administrative Management**:
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, attendance, and maintaining employee records.
**2. Accounting & Finance**:
- **GST Compliance**:Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns monthly/quarterly.
- **TDS Compliance**: Assist in calculation, deduction, and filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q).
- **Tally**: Record daily transactions, manage ledgers, and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- **Bank Operations**: Process payments, manage cheque deposits, reconcile statements.
- **Accounts Receivable & Payable**: Track invoices, receipts, and ensure timely payments/collections.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in preparing balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements.
- **Reconciliation**: Perform monthly reconciliations for accounts and bank ledgers.
- **Audit Support**: Coordinate with auditors during year-end and ensure tax compliance.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Must own a vehicle and have a valid driving license
- 1+ year of experience in administration and accounting (Freshers may also apply).
- Proficiency in Tally and a strong understanding of GST & TDS compliance.
- Knowledge of bank operations and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong communication in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
