**Job Title**: Software Testing Team Lead

**Location**: Visakhapatnam

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead a team of QA Engineers and Testers (Manual and Automation).
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.
- Mentor and train junior QA team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

**Test Planning & Execution**
- Define the testing strategy, scope, and objectives for projects.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scripts (both manual and automated).
- Oversee functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Manage bug tracking, logging, triaging, and resolution in collaboration with development teams.

**Process & Quality Assurance**
- Implement and improve QA processes, standards, and documentation practices.
- Ensure testing best practices, version control, and traceability.
- Ensure products meet the required quality standards before release.
- Measure and report quality metrics and KPIs.

**Cross-Department Collaboration**
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and DevOps to align testing with business and development goals.
- Provide testing estimates during planning and sprint grooming sessions.
- Communicate risks and quality concerns effectively to stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing (Manual and Automation).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience leading a QA or testing team.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

**Preferred Skills**:

- API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, etc.)
- Performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Knowledge of database testing (SQL)
- Knowledge of scripting languages lo Java script
- Knowledge of Programming languages

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
