**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute innovative growth hacking strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement for our educational products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and content, to optimize user experience and drive product adoption.
- Analyse data and metrics to identify insights and trends and leverage them to optimize marketing strategies and drive growth.
- Implement and manage A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to continuously improve marketing performance.
- Utilize growth hacking tools and platforms to automate and streamline marketing processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates on marketing performance and growth metrics.
- Stay abreast of emerging growth hacking techniques and industry best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and growth efforts with revenue goals and optimize the customer acquisition funnel.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Growth Hacker, preferably in the education or edtech industry, with a successful track record of scaling up marketing and growth for products.
- Strong understanding of growth hacking principles, digital marketing strategies, and analytics.
- Proficiency in utilizing growth hacking tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Optimizely, and social media management tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving growth targets and continuous improvement.
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
