OckyPocky is implementing learning solutions for children keeping in mind that every kid has a unique set of abilities and learning acumen. We are building a platform that takes this into account and treats each child in a unique way to make learning fun and meaningful. We are founded by ex-Googler looking to disrupt the space of kids learning. We are a fun loving team with great balanced workplace culture and a strong emphasis on good values. We are looking for a growth hacker ready to execute all product/marketing tasks in taking a product prototype to the market.
- Key Responsibilities include:

- 1) Plan & Execute growth hacking strategy for the prototype and beyond in a frugal environment
- 2) A balance of data-obsessed and creative communication skills
- 3) Design thinking
- Skills & Experience:

- 1) 1-2 years of all digital channels
- 3) Proven ability to gather, analyze and derive actionable insights from various data sources.
- 4) Must have expertise in using various digital platforms like Adwords, Facebook, Ad networks, Google Analytics, etc.

Some experience in brand building through campaigns, effective communication and, community-building activities etc. would be desirable.

**Key Requirements**
- 1) A bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar.
- 2) A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role and in the startup space.
- 3) A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions.
- 4) Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.
- 5) Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics.
- 6) Skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels.
- 7) Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
- 8) Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
- 9) An adaptable, iterative thinker who is constantly learning.
- 10) Curious, innovative, and confident in your abilities to drive change.
