Job Description

So we are now looking for Growth hacker to join our kick ass team. We are a VC backed Startup so we will expect the moon and the earth from you in deliverables. Here goes:

You will be someone who not only understands analytics but more importantly knows how to derive actionable insights You have tons of ideas and are looking for a place to test them - spoiler alert : That place is us Your playground is Google analytics, firebase, facebook analytics etc and you have also mastered atleast one mobile automation tool ( clevetap or moengage) You should have exceptional communication skills- you will be working closely with the management, the tech team and the product chaps, and you will know how to manage the expectations of each of these groups

Requirements You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field You have 4+ years of experience in the tech industry with maximum experience in a similar role preferably in a fast moving startup. You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas. You are a highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in their pursuit of growth. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Expert In Google Adwords and LinkedIn. You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver. Experience in generating leads and achieving long term sustainable growth. Impeccable communication skills.
