Completing analysis of in process samples within the standard time of analysis and communicating to plant once analysis is completed.

Updating the knowledge of GMP by reading and understanding the SOPs.

Achieving the targeted production in each shift.

Coordinate with production team during the pre-validation batches and validation batches of new product and technology transfer from lab scale to plant.

Training the plant personnel on critical steps of new process.

To continuously interact with service departments to carry out the process in the plant without breakdowns.

Updating the knowledge of GMP by reading and understanding the SOPs.

To ensure the safety of co-workers in the plant and adherence to the EHS and safety regulations.

Manufacture of GMP products with right quality.

Operation of all sections of the plant, monitoring & control systems, pipelines and metering systems, and mentoring and training of Junior staff in their relevant operations.

Reporting the Accidents/ incidents and near misses and unsafe conditions to superiors.
