Responsibilities: Outbound Calls II Inbound Calls || Sales & Customer Service II Problem

Solving
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and customer service & sales inquiries
- Calls on leads and convert them into sales ( Potential Customers)
- Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details

of complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints,

and comments, as well as actions taken
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments

for further investigation
- Answering the phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the services of the company.
- Advise customers by answering incoming calls; operating telephone equipment,

automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Maintain a database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Identify Client’s needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts and

obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Document transactions by completing forms and record logs.

**Requirements**:
1. Good Communication skill with good command over English and Hindi.

2. Should be able to work with a team.

3. Good in telemarketing and should be customer oriented.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) & Telephone skills.

5. Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks

seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

6. Highly resourceful team-player, Smart, Enthusiastic, Passionate for working.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
