**Role Overview**:
As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in handling Electrician Team, ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of electrical systems, with a focus on efficiency and safety. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing the installation and configuration of our Smi-fi devices at various sites.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical device and equipment.
- Monitor the installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular tests and inspections to ensure all electrical systems are functioning correctly and safely.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and other technical staff.
- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and project requirements.
- Evaluate team performance and ensure work meets quality and timeline standards.
- Maintain records of repairs, installations, and inspections.
- Report on project progress, safety incidents, and maintenance needs to senior management.
- Monitor and manage inventory of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Plan and schedule electrical work to minimize downtime.
- Work with other departments or contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Proven experience in electrical supervision.

Knowledge of energy management systems is a plus.

Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
