A Tailor Master is a highly skilled and experienced tailor who specializes in creating custom clothing, making alterations, and ensuring the overall quality of the finished garments. The primary responsibilities of a Tailor Master may include:
**Custom Clothing Creation**: Take precise measurements and work closely with clients to design and create custom clothing, including suits, dresses, shirts, and other garments. Interpret clients' style preferences and provide expert advice on fabric selection, design, and fit.

**Pattern Making and Cutting**: Develop patterns based on measurements and design specifications, then cut fabrics accurately to ensure a perfect fit and desired design.

**Sewing and Garment Construction**: Utilize advanced sewing techniques to assemble clothing items, paying attention to fine details, and ensuring a high-quality finish. Craft garments by hand or using sewing machines.

**Alterations**: Perform expert alterations on pre-made clothing to achieve the desired fit and style. This includes adjustments to hems, sleeves, collars, and more.

**Quality Control**: Inspect finished garments for any imperfections, ensure proper stitching, and make any necessary adjustments to guarantee the highest quality.

**Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling clients' expectations. Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure client satisfaction.

**Fabric and Material Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest fabric trends and possess in-depth knowledge of different types of fabrics, their properties, and care instructions.

**Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and repair sewing machines, tools, and equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition.

**Time Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and clients receive their garments in a timely manner.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience as a professional tailor, with a strong portfolio showcasing custom clothing and alterations.
- Proficiency in pattern making, cutting, and sewing techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in garment construction.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, têxtiles, and their properties.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities for complex alterations and unique client requests.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Creativity and an eye for design to provide input on style and fit.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
