Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Convert leads into sales, achieving monthly targets
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Share product knowledge, offers, and promotions
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, operations) for seamless customer experience
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and technology
- Interior design industry knowledge beneficial

Preferred Skills:

- Lead creation and generation experience
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
