This position has to support SI Sales Southern Regional business in the areas of
- Offer stage support (Evaluating terms and conditions, Participate in commercial discussions, LoA,, aligning with legal etc)
- Order execution stage commercial support including arranging Bank Guarantee, issuing Proforma invoice / LC request (wherever appropriate), invoice forwarding / documentation as per customer PO conditions
- Should have good knowledge in contract management for project / product business.
- Receivables management - periodical review of receivables, detailed collection planning, knowledge on LC documentation, achieving the planned collections
- Co-ordinate with Project Managers /Commercial Project managers on milestones / receivable topics.
- Visit customers relating to Receivable reconciliation, payment followup
- MIS support - preparing detailed liquidation plan for receivables / collection reviews EMD/ Bank guarantee etc & supporting to fill requirements of Auditors
- Periodical review meetings - to attend the periodic review meetings for Collection, Turnover, Provision review etc.
- Any other activities incidental to the regional business and assigned by superiors
Requirement:
- Commerce graduates with good experience in reputed companies in commercial / finance roles of > 5 years.
- Should be a good team player and willing to travel
- Good oral and written communication skills, good in MS office
- Positive attitude to learn more things
- On softer skills - should be self-driven and motivated, able to take full ownership, dedicated, hardworking and passionate, ready to travel, team player
- Management of various internal & external stakeholders.
