- Conduct theoretical and practical sessions on **EV powertrains, battery management systems, charging infrastructure, diagnostics, and maintenance**.
- Design course content, presentations, and hands-on workshop activities for different skill levels.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in the automotive and EV industry and incorporate them into training sessions.
- Evaluate trainees' progress through assessments, exams, and practical demonstrations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to learners, ensuring a thorough understanding of automotive and EV concepts.
- Collaborate with industry experts, companies, and academic institutions to enhance the training curriculum.
- Maintain training equipment, simulators, and tools for effective hands-on learning experiences.
- Prepare training reports, maintain records, and suggest improvements to training methodologies.
- Conduct safety training and educate learners on best practices for handling high-voltage systems and components.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
