**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the team leader.
- Provide accurate information to customers and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed.
- Update customer information in the database accurately.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Tele caller or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in [English, Gujarati, Hindi].
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
