**Job Description: Tele callers**

We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Callers to join our team at a leading online B2B platform to sell used cars for Chandigarh location.

If you have good communication & negotiation skills and a passion for sales, this is a great opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain about our used car stock & offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about used cars & negotiate pricing.
- Follow up with leads and focus to convert within the given TAT.
- Payments follow up as per the payment guidelines.
- Coordinate for vehicle delivery as per the SOP for delivery.
- To achieve targets as per monthly targets.
- Maintain a database of reporting as per the company SOPs.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales.

**Requirements**:
**Skills**: Good communication & negotiation is a plus.

**Experience**:Preferably from Automobile experience background, BPO, used cars experience OR New Car sales experienced for min 1 to 2 years & Male/Female both can apply.

**(Automobile industry experience would be an advantage)**
