1. Preparation of Technical and Commercial bid on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other Procurement portals.

2. Complete understanding of how GeM works. From finding tenders, creating catalogues, making tender documents, responding to representations and many more.

3. Uploading bid documents ( Technical & Financial)

4. Researching and identifying government tender opportunities relevant to the organization's business.

5. Reviewing tender documents & understanding requirements

6. Coordinating with team members to gather the necessary information for tender submissions.

7. Preparing and submitting accurate and competitive quotations within the specified deadlines.

8. Ensuring compliance with all tender requirements, including documentation and legal obligations.

9. Managing and maintaining the organization's profile on the GEM Portal.

10. Regularly monitoring the GEM Portal for new tender opportunities and updates.

11. Collaborating with the sales and business development teams to understand customer requirements and develop winning strategies.

12. Building and maintaining relationships with government agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in the tendering process.

13. Keeping abreast of industry trends, government policies, and changes in procurement processes.

14. Should be having good skills in handling GEM Portal, G-Sheets, Word & Excel

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
