**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GeM Portal Management**:

- Handle registration, profile updates, and product/service catalog management on the **GeM portal**.
- Upload new products and services as per company offerings.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies and guidelines.
- **Bidding & Tender Management**:

- Identify relevant **tenders and bids** on the GeM portal.
- Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and financial bids.
- Track and respond to **reverse auctions** and price negotiations.
- **Order Processing & Coordination**:

- Process orders received through the GeM portal.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely **delivery and invoicing**.
- Maintain records of transactions and contracts.
- **Vendor & Client Interaction**:

- Communicate with government departments and procurement officers regarding orders and requirements.
- Resolve queries and ensure smooth execution of orders.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure all activities comply with **government procurement norms**.
- Generate reports on sales, tenders, and order status for management review.
- Stay updated with GeM policies, changes, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in GeM portal management, e-tendering, or government sales.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **GeM portal operations**.
- Strong knowledge of **bidding, tenders, and e-procurement**.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills are required.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
